I’m in love with all things candid and weird. When I ​say candid, I mean authentic, playful imagery. And ​weird? That’s just my passion for art and ​creativity.

I feel like photography found me. My papa was a photojournalist ​for WXYZ Channel 7 Action News in Detroit for decades, so I ​guess you could say it’s always run in my blood.

I’ve been at photography since 2012, when I was just 16 years old. ​I started out working for a local business, and within four years, I ​opened 21/20 Photography. A lot of sweat, a few tears, and a ​couple rebrands later, Mads Kalush Photography was born.
